Village Design Statement - The West End Village Design Group has prepared a Draft West End Village Design Statement Supplemtary Planning Document (SPD) for consultation between the 4th May 2016 and the 15th June 2016. The SPD will add detail to guidance established in the adopted Core Strategy Development Plan Document. The draft SPD is available to view on the Borough Council's website
Land South of 24 - 46 Kings Road and 6 & 9 Rose Meadow The planning inspectorate has made a decision on the application SU/14/0532 and the appeal is allowed and planning permission granted for 84 residential homes, including 34 affordable homes, with associated access at Land south of 24-46 Kings Road and 6 & 9 Rose Meadow. Land North of Beldam Bridge Road - 15/0884 - Taylor Wimpey Application 15/0884 has now been superceded by an idential application, 16/0323, but excluding the SANGS. As with all the proposed developments within the village the parish council has again objected to this application. See Objection Letter
Malthouse Farm Development - The planning application to build 95 homes at Malthouse Farm, Benner Lane was refused by Surrey Heath Borough Council at the planning application meeting on Tuesday 13th October. This application is now in appeal. For details of refusal see here
